HACAS Group Plc ("HACAS") announces that application has been made for an
additional 148,500 ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to trading on
AIM.

Admission of these shares is expected to take place on 18 December 1998. 
These shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
