                   Admission of new shares to trading on AIM HACAS  Group  Plc
("HACAS") announces that application has been  made  for  an additional 3,300
ordinary shares of 10p each to be admitted to trading on AIM. These  shares 
were issued to Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea  Assured Homes  PLC 
("RBK&C") shareholders who accepted HACAS' offer for  RBK&C.   The revised 
number of HACAS ordinary shares in issue that have been  admitted  to AIM is
25,795,232. Admission  of  these shares is expected to take place on 7  May 
1999.   These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in
