 Hongkong Land Holdings Limited (the 'Company') announces that Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. ('Boardroom') has been appointed as the Company's Singapore Branch Registrar in place of M & C Services Private Limited with effect from 1st March 2024.
