Helesi plc (AIM: HLS), the Greece and UK based waste management products 
manufacturer and services supplier announces in accordance with the United 
Kingdom's Financial Services Authority's (FSA's) Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules the following information in relation to the total number of shares in 
issue: 
 
 
As of 16 July 2009 Helesi PLC issued share capital with voting rights consists 
of 39,805,754 ordinary Euro 0.10 shares. 
 
 
The figure of 39,805,754 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as a 
dominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required 
to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in the Company under 
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
