Horizon has received a notification dated 27 March 2007 from Framlington HSBC
stating that, following a sale of ordinary shares on 23 March 2007, investment
funds controlled by Framlington HSBC now hold, in aggregate, 4,000,000 ordinary
shares in the Company, which represents 4.86% of the current issued share
capital of the Company.
