In accordance with S324 of the Companies Act 1985, the Company has today been
informed by Mr Oliver Waring, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the
Company, that his declared interest in 2,940,000 ordinary 50p shares of the
Company, representing 24.97% of the Company's issued share capital, is from
today held through a trust in which Oliver Waring has the life interest.
Previously Mr Waring's interest was as a discretionary beneficiary of various
family trusts.
