Indochina Capital Vietnam Holdings Ltd announces that on 17th August 2007 it
purchased 60,000 Ordinary Shares at prices between $8.10 and $8.20 per share, to
be held as treasury shares.


Following the transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held in treasury
is 160,000 and the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue after deducting
shares held in treasury is 46,906,671.
