The Company wishes to announce that the special resolution proposing that the
Company be wound up voluntarily, subject to the passing of extraordinary
resolutions at separate class meetings of holders of Ordinary shares and Zero
Dividend Preference shares consenting to and sanctioning the passing and
implementation of the special resolution was passed at an Extraordinary General
Meeting held earlier today. Mr A C Pickford of RSM Robson Rhodes has been duly
appointed as Liquidator.
