Resignation of Director and Suspension from Trading on AIM

Intandem Films plc (AIM: IFM), the London based international film group, announces that Andrew Brown has today stepped down from his position as director with immediate effect. Prior to 30 July 2014 there were six members of the Company's board. The board now consists of only Robert Mitchell and as such the Company is in material breach of its articles of association and as a result the Company's shares have been suspended from trading on AIM with effect from 1pm on 22 September 2014.

As announced on 15 September 2014 the Company's financial position remains difficult, however the Company is currently in discussions with a number of parties regarding further investment into the Company.
