Further to the announcement on 18 March 2009, detailing that Theobald Muller had 
agreed to exchange 1,291,963,940 Class B Preference Shares, the Company now 
confirms that it is in discussions with him regarding the possible exchange of 
further Class B Preference Shares into ordinary shares. 
 
 
Further to the announcement on 25 November 2009, detailing that the Company had 
been informed that Textil Romania S.a.r.l. ("Textil"), had acquired all of the 
4,820,000,000 Class A Preference Shares in IFR Jersey Limited of EUR 0.01 each 
from ACP Capital Limited and ACP Mezzanine Limited, the Company confirms that it 
is discussions with Textil regarding a possible exchange of Class A Preference 
Shares for ordinary shares.
