    Interim Management Statement 

    For the period 1 February 2008 to 15 May 2008


    INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES & PERFORMANCE

    The Company has fully invested 70% of net funds raised in VCT qualifying companies, the manager continues to monitor all of its
investments. It continues to receive royalty accountings in relation to albums released and has a number of exciting albums due for release
in the coming months.  

    The month of May sees the release of two albums from artists in the Company's portfolio. With over 40 top forty singles and Number 1s to
their name, legendary reggae band UB40 releases its next album entitled "Twentyfourseven". In addition, Mercury prize nominated British
singer, Martina Topley-Bird will be releasing her second album, "The Blue God".

    In June, "La La Land", the second album from Newcastle girl three piece band Sirens will be available. The album has been created by a
number of producers who have worked with such diverse musical talents as Natasha Bedingfield, Eminem and Janet Jackson. In addition, the
eagerly anticipated next album from The Prodigy is nearing completion and its title and release date will be announced in the coming
months.
