Investment Policy
The Board announces that it has completed a review of the
Company's investment policy. The Board has decided that no
alteration to the current policy should be made. The Manager will
continue to seek exits for the remaining portfolio companies.
Pending this, the Board intends to distribute surplus cash at
times and in amounts to be advised and a further announcement will
be made in due course to confirm the amount of the next cash
distribution and details of the payment date and record date.
