emerging markets focused sales and marketing company, confirms that the total
number of shares in issue is 51,878,267 and not 51,706,534 shares, as stated in
the announcement dated 13 October 2008.

Of the 51,878,267 shares in issue, 625,687 are held in treasury and therefore
the total number of voting shares in issue is 51,252,580.
