Total Voting Rights
The Company's issued share capital consists of 40,400,702 Ordinary Shares.
250,000 Ordinary Shares are held as treasury shares. Therefore, the total
number of voting rights in Innovise is 40,150,702. The above figure of
40,150,702 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in,
or a change of their interest in, the Company.
