The Company was informed on 6 April 2011 that, on the same day, Mike Taylor, a 
director of the Company, transferred 56,825 ordinary shares held by him to his 
SIPP at a price of 21p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 8,984,534 ordinary shares, representing approximately 22.5 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in 
treasury).
