Companies Act 1985, Eaglet Investment Trust has made the following purchases in
the Ordinary Shares of the Company;

Accordingly Eaglet Investment Trust plc had a notifiable interest 1,472,410
Ordinary Shares representing 5.154% per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
