The directors of the Company have noted the recent rise in the Company's share
price.  They confirm that the Company is in discussions which may or may not
lead to the Company making a substantial acquisition.

In accordance with the AIM Rules, the shares of the Company will be suspended
from trading on AIM until the publication of further details.  A further
announcement will be made in due course.
