                  InTechnology Announces Board Changes


The Board of InTechnology plc, the advanced data technology services company,
is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Thomas Scott, aged 52, to
the Board as a Non Executive Director with effect from 2 April 2001.


A qualified accountant, Mr Scott is currently Chairman of Cordiant
Communications Group plc and holds Non Executive directorships with a number
of other companies, namely:



William Hill Ltd
adidas AG.
Massive Ltd
TBI plc
Topnotch Ltd
Profile Media



He was a Director of the following companies during the last five years:



Cordiant plc
Robert Walters plc
Saatchi & Saatchi plc



There is no further information to disclose pursuant to Schedule 2 (f) of the
Aim Rules.



Commenting on the appointment, Lord Parkinson, Chairman said:



"I am delighted to welcome Charles as a Non Executive Director.  He brings a
wealth of international business experience that will be invaluable to the
Company as we continue to build the business."



Charles joins a high profile Board that includes Chairman of Compaq Computer
Ltd, UK and Ireland, Joe McNally.



It is also announced that, with immediate effect, David von Simson,
Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board to devote more time to his
other business interests.
