Jupiter Dividend & Growth Trust PLC (the 'Company')

1st Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors of the Company have today declared the payment of a 1st interim dividend of 0.45p (net) per Ordinary Income share (which compares with 0.25p (net) declared for the previous quarter) and a 1st interim dividend of 1.26p (net) per Common share (which compares with the 0.70p (net) declared for the previous quarter), both for the year ending 31 December 2016.

The dividends will be paid on 20 May 2016, to shareholders on the register as at 22 April 2016, and are in accordance with the relative entitlements of the Ordinary Income shares and the Common shares to the distributable profits of the Company under the Company's Articles of Association. The ex-dividend date is 21 April 2016.
