    Directorate change

    Peter Ling, the Company's marketing director, has resigned from the Company with immediate effect and his responsibilities will be
assumed by the marketing manager and the Company's creative marketing agency. The Company has previously announced its intention to
significantly reduce its advertising expenditure and the current levels of activity do not support the continuing position of marketing
director on the main board.
