The Company has been notified that on 10 December 2018, Pankhurst Investments Ltd, a company owned and controlled by Melissa Sturgess, Executive Director of the Company, sold 41,247,688 ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of GBP0.0003 per share.

Following this transaction Melissa Sturgess no longer has an interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company.
