                             SHAREHOLDER DISCLOSURE


Europasia Education Plc ("the Company") has today been notified that London Asia
Capital plc ("London Asia") and its subsidiaries acquired 250,000 ordinary
shares at 5.125p per share on 5 January 2006, increasing its holding from 3.08
million shares, equal to 6.7% of the issued share capital of the Company, to
3.33 million shares, equal to 7.3%.
