On 31 May 2007 the Company was notified that AXA S.A and its group of companies
had a notifiable interest directly in 11,900 ordinary shares of LAC and
indirectly in 26,208,333 ordinary shares of LAC, and therefore holds voting
rights over 8.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
