London Asia Capital (the "Company")

Issue of equity

Following the exercise of 10,000 warrants attached to the shares issued in the
placing of October 2003, the Company has issued 10,000 ordinary shares for cash
at 10p per share, resulting in net cash to the Company of #1,000.  Application
has been made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is expected on 9
July 2004.
