Issue of equity


Following the exercise of 5,000 warrants attached to the shares issued in the
placing of October 2003, the Company has issued 5,000 ordinary shares for cash
at 10p per share, resulting in net cash to the Company of #500.  Application has
been made for the shares to be traded on AIM and admission is expected on 2
September 2004.

In accordance with the original terms of the warrants which were issued on 29
October 2003, the remaining 12,809,000 warrants will expire on 29 October 2004.
