The Company was informed on 20 July 2009 that FDS Pharma ("FDS") disposed of 
300,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 11 pence each on 20 
July 2009. 
 
 
FDS director and partner Dr Dimitry D. Genkin is non-executive directors of 
Lipoxen. Following this disposal he, through FDS, has an interest in Lipoxen of 
42,455,316 Ordinary Shares, representing 27.56 per cent of the issued Ordinary 
Share capital in the Company.
