Lipoxen confirms a correction to the date of its annual general meeting ('AGM') 
sent via RNS on 9 June 2010. 
The AGM will take place this Wednesday, 30 June 2010, 2.00pm, at the offices of 
Buchanan Communications, 45 Moorfields, London, EC2Y 9AE. 
Please note that 'notice of AGM' and 'form of proxy' sent to shareholders were
