Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) today announced that consolidated subsidiary KFC HOLDINGS JAPAN LTD. (MC shareholdings: 65.97% on a voting right basis) has provided information regarding differences between the non-consolidated earnings forecast and actual results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015.

The current transaction is expected to have negligible impact on MC's consolidated performance.
