interests held by Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd in the issued and voting share
capital of the Company, the Company was informed today that, in accordance with
Chapter 5 of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, Barclays Stockbrokers in fact hold the following interests in the issued
and voting share capital of the Company:
