    Agreement with WARP Technologies

    Mobile Doctors Group Plc (AIM: MDG.L), one of the leading providers of medico-legal reports for personal injury claims in the UK market,
is pleased to announce that following an extensive period of testing and evaluation it is to sign a contract with WARP Technologies, a
leading software provider to the medico-legal industry ("WARP"), whereby Mobile Doctors will use the WARP solution as the primary technology
for interface with medical examiners. 

    Over the last 18 months Mobile Doctors have tested the WARP solution with over 25 per cent of medical experts and will now extend its
usage to the rest of the examiner network.

    The partnership with WARP Technologies will ensure that there are both savings in processing time and that reports follow a consistent
pathway delivering high quality medical evidence.

    Matthew Game, founder and CEO of Mobile Doctors, said: "We are delighted with this partnership which is an important and progressive
step in the development of our business.  The speed and quality of report procurement is vitally important to our customers, expanding the
use of WARP as a pre-cursor to a wider strategic relationship with them is in step with our stated strategy."
