                            Director's Share Dealing


MICE Group plc, the international marketing services group, has been informed
that Brain Shepherd, Group Chief Executive, and Trevor Wall, Chief Executive
Officer UK Division, have each today purchased 19,000 Ordinary Shares of 4p each
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 40.75 pence per share. These purchases,
representing, respectively, 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital, are the sole beneficial holdings of Ordinary Shares of both Mr
Shepherd and Mr Wall.
