Convertible bond buyback

Market Tech (LSE: MKT) which owns, manages and is developing a unique 16 acre estate of office, retail, leisure and living spaces in London, including the iconic Camden Markets, announces that it has made further repurchases of the Company's GBP112,500,000 convertible bonds due in 2020 (the "Bonds").

Following this repurchase, and the repurchase detailed in the Company's announcement of 19 July 2016, Market Tech has repurchased GBP22.8m (equating to 20.27%) of the original principal amount of the Bonds with GBP89,700,000 of the Bonds remaining outstanding. Market Tech may make further repurchases of the Bonds.
