("Market Tech" or the "Company")

Board Changes

22 June 2017. Further to its announcements of 12 and 16 June 2017 and following a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") held yesterday (the "Board Meeting"), Market Tech today announces the following changes to its Board.

The Company's Chairman, Neil Sachdev, together with Non-Executive Directors Thomas Teichman, Sharon Baylay, John Le Poidevin and Maureen Harris, stepped down as Directors of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting.

David Brown, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, stepped down as a Director of the Company with effect from the conclusion of the Board Meeting. Mr Brown has agreed to make himself available to the Company for a period of six months.

Robert Akkerman has been appointed as Executive Chairman of the Company, while Savvas Constantinou has been appointed Non-Executive Director of Market Tech with effect from 21 June 2017. Mr Akkerman and Mr Constantinou are both Directors of LabTech Investments Limited.

Commenting on the Board changes, Neil Sachdev, outgoing chairman of Market Tech, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank my fellow board members for all their help and hard work at Market Tech over the past few years and, more recently, throughout the course of the negotiations that led to the successful sale of the business.
