Medusa was informed yesterday that as of 11 September 2012, Van Eck Associates Corporation are interested in a total of 15,309,037 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company which represents approximately 8.10% of the issued share capital of the Company and an increase in holding of 1,902,381 ordinary shares since the previous notification on 28 June 2012.
