Medusa Mining Limited ("Medusa" or the "Company") announces that Peter Hepburn-Brown, Managing Director purchased 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 May 2013. The ordinary shares were acquired in an on market transaction for a total consideration of A$14,250.

Further to the purchase of ordinary shares as described above, Mr Hepburn-Brown is now directly interested in 17,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 0.01% of the issued share capital. Mr Hepburn-Brown also has an interest in performance rights over 250,000 ordinary shares in the Company as issued on 5 December 2011.
