The Company was informed today that Ian Steer, Non-Executive Director, yesterday purchased 20,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company for 3.1p per share from a non-dependent relative and has today sold 40,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company for 3p per share.

Accordingly, Mr Steer is now interested in 94,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
