                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings


The Company was notified on 14 December, 2007 that, on the same day, Ian
McLaren, a director of the Company, exercised 2,800 options over common shares
in the Company ("Common Shares"), and then sold these same shares at a price of
C$9.86 per Common Share. Following this exercise and disposal, Ian McLaren has a
resultant beneficial interest of 22,216 Common Shares, which represents
approximately 0.13 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
