             March Networks Corporation ("March" or the "Company")

                          Directors/PDMR shareholdings

The Company was notified on 17 December 2007 that, on 14 December 2007, Peter
Strom, a director of the Company, acquired 1,600 common shares ("Common Shares")
in the Company at a price of C$9.77 per Common Share. The Company was also
notified on 17 December 2007 that, on the same day, Peter Strom acquired 4,330
Common Shares in the Company at a price of C$9.97. As a result of these
acquisitions, Peter Strom has a resultant beneficial interest of 29,580 Common
Shares, which represents 0.173 per cent. of the current issued share capital.
