                                 Board changes



Jocelyn Arreza has today joined the board of Mincorp plc. Aged 43, she is a
qualified lawyer in the Philippines. She is currently responsible for labour
relations for Coca Cola in the Philippines. She has previously worked as a legal
officer for United Coconut Planters Bank, as a state prosecutor for the
Philippines Department of Justice and as a director in the Office of the
President of the Philippines. She will work on average for one day per week on
the affairs of Mincorp.



At the same time, Jo Malins has resigned as a director of the Company.
