Media Square plc (the "Group" or "MSQ")

Notification of death of Executive Director

With deep regret, the Board of Media Square plc (AIM: MSQ) announces the death of Bruce Winfield, the Group's Chief Operating Officer/Finance Director. Bruce passed away late on the 21(st) March after a lengthy illness.

During his time with the Group, Bruce worked tirelessly for Media Square and was extremely well liked and admired. The Board would like to place on record its gratitude for Bruce's contribution to the Group and would like to pass on its sincere condolences to his wife and family.

An announcement on any succession arrangements will follow in due course.

Peter Reid, Group Chief Executive commented "This is a very sad loss. Bruce was a unique character and everyone who came into contact with him had nothing but warmth and respect for him. He will be deeply missed by all at MSQ and beyond."
