Notice of General Meeting - New Articles of Association

The Board of Media Square plc (AIM: MSQ) announces that it has convened a General Meeting of shareholders to be held at 6 York Street, London WIU 6PL on 27 June 2011 at 10am. It is proposed, subject to shareholder approval at the General Meeting, that the Group should adopt new Articles of Association. The proposed amendments are primarily to reflect the provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and bring the Group into line with current market practice.

A circular and the proposed new articles were posted to all shareholders today, 3 June 2011, and will also be made available on the Group's website. Shareholders on the Group's register by 10am on 25 June 2011 will be entitled to attend and vote.
