Further re. Nomad Resignation and Suspension
Motive announces that, further to the announcement released on 1
February 2016 which stated that the resignation of the Company's
Nominated Adviser, Sanlam Securities UK Limited, would take place
on 14 February 2016, trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on
AIM will be suspended with effect from 7.30am on 15 February
2016.
If the Company fails to appoint a replacement nominated adviser
within one month of the date of Sanlam's resignation, admission of
the Company's shares to trading on AIM will be cancelled.
The Company remains in active discussions with potential
replacement nominated advisers and although these discussions are
progressing and the directors are hopeful there is no guarantee
that a new nominated adviser will be appointed before trading in
the Company's ordinary shares is cancelled.
