    Mineral Securities Limited ("Minsec") announces the resignation of Mr William "James" Haddock as Company Secretary. The Company would
like to thank James for his significant contribution over the past 2 years'.

    Minsec is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Hillier as Company Secretary. David has been with Minsec since 19 February
2008 as Chief Financial Officer. David is a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years' experience in commercial aspects of the resources
industry. He has served as company secretary and director of a number of public companies including his current position as Executive
Chairman of Buka Gold Limited
