Nipson Digital Printing Systems PLC ("the Company")


Notifiable interests



The Company advises that CIBC World Markets Corporation increased its holding in
the Company's shares and, as at February 27 2008, holds 11,385,500 shares which
represent 21.77% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company of
52,303,581 ordinary shares of 1.0p fully paid.


The company has been advised that the CIBC holding covers a number of nominee
shareholders split-out as follows:

  * 2,100,000 shares held for Polar Communications but already included in
    the reported holding of the Polar Group of 28,323,067 shares (giving a total
    for the Polar Group of 54.15%);

  * 2,182,500 shares (4.17%) held for Fortissimo and already announced to
    the market on the 5th of November 2007;

  * 7,103,000 for a number of nominee shareholders. The Company has not been
    advised that any of these shareholders hold individually more than 3% of the
    Company's shares.
