Natasa announces, further to the announcement made on 29 June 2011 regarding the provision of a short-term secured loan of US$6,827,838.50 ("Loan") from the Company to Murray Morgan Investments Ltd ("Loan"), that the Loan has now been repaid to the Company in full in accordance with its terms.
