The Company announces that on 11 August 2011, Peter Weller, Finance Director of 
the Company, purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares in the capital of 
Nexus ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.175 pence per share, equivalent to 
0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share capital. 
 
Following the purchase, Mr Weller now holds a total of 1,252,715 Ordinary 
Shares, equivalent to 0.1 per cent. of the Company's issued voting share 
capital.
