Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, we
would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 19th December 2006, the issued share capital and voting rights of OEM plc 
are as follows:

OEM plc's share capital consists of 7,985,793 ordinary 25p shares with voting
rights attached of one vote per ordinary share. Therefore the total number of
voting rights in OEM plc is 7,985,793.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are
required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, OEM plc
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
