                              Directors' Interests


The Company was informed on 27 August 2003 that on 26 August 2003, Mr James
White, a director of the Company, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each
("Ordinary Shares") representing 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of
the Company at a price of 4p per share. Following this transaction Mr. White
retains an interest in 1,289,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2 per cent. of
the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. White also has options over a total
of 25,120,000 Ordinary Shares which are exercisable at prices between 2p and
2.39p and in some instances are subject to a number of performance criteria


Mr. White remains committed to further substantial growth in shareholder value
and this sale was solely due to the financing of an imminent house move.
