THE OTTOMAN FUND LIMITED (the "Company")

Update on Publication of Annual Accounts

Further to the announcement of 28 December 2017, the Board announces that, due to continued staffing issues at the Company's administrator, it has not been possible to release the Company's final set of audited accounts for the period ending 31 August 2017 by the end of February 2018 as required under the AIM Rules for Companies. Trading of the Company's shares on AIM is already suspended in connection with the 12 month deadline imposed under AIM Rule 15 to fully implement its current investing policy.

Subject to necessary regulatory approval, the Company expects to publish a circular to shareholders by the end of this month which will propose a final distribution, seek approval for the cancellation of admission of its shares from the AIM and the liquidation of the Company, and will publish its final set of audited accounts as soon as practicable thereafter.
