Major Channel Partner secures first order

- Strategic Partner activation - a key channel to generation of material recurring revenue in 2014 -

- Staged roll-out of a unified communications solution for an enterprise customer -

Outsourcery (AIM: OUT), the leading Cloud Service Provider ("CSP") that helps organisations of any size to reduce costs, increase productivity and work better, is pleased to announce it has secured an initial order for the staged roll out of a cloud based enterprise unified communications solution. This represents the first order through one of our recently activated major UK-based strategic partners and is the first order from its growing pipeline of opportunities.

Outsourcery's primary strategic goal for FY 2014 is to begin to generate material recurring revenue. A key route to generating this revenue is through the activation of existing strategic partners. Today's order is the first clear indication of progress toward this goal.

Following a period of business and systems integration, the end-customer has ordered - via one of Outsourcery's major partners - a cloud-based unified communications solution. The solution is expected to be rolled out to approximately 2,000 employees and will enable the customer to replace its legacy on premise telephony solution with a cloud-based unified communications system based on Outsourcery's enterprise voice-enabled Lync solution which will provide improved communication and collaboration capabilities as well as flexibility and improved efficiency within its organisation.

Commenting on the win, Co-Chief Executive Piers Linney, said:

"The activation of our strategic partner base provides a key route to material revenues for Outsourcery - and this year is one of our most important goals. This initial order, with a major strategic partner is early validation of our partner model and highlights the increasing willingness of organisations to transition their legacy ICT services to a cloud solution. The engagement is expected to be the beginning of the development of a strong pipeline of opportunities with this particular channel partner and will be a reference point to the scalability potential of our offering."
